Grand opening of Kannan Ravi Group’s “Baraak” cuisine draws a star-studded crowd!

Kannan Ravi, an entrepreneur hailing from Tamil Nadu, is a leading figure in the UAE’s business landscape. His company, the Kannan Ravi Group, has established a strong presence by investing in multiple sectors across key cities such as Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The Kannan Ravi Group has taken a significant step into the food and beverage sector by launching its first restaurant, ‘Baraak’, on May 26, 2024. Situated on Sheikh Khalifa-Bin-Zayed Road in Al Karama, Dubai, ‘Baraak’ specializes in Indo-Arabian cuisine. The grand opening ceremony was graced by numerous celebrities from the film industry, making it a high-profile event.

The inauguration of ‘Baraak’ turned into a memorable event with a plethora of distinguished guests in attendance. Vellore MP Kathir Anand, Chidambaram MP and President of the Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Party Thol Thirumavalavan, and Tambaram Corporation Deputy Mayor Kamaraj were among the notable political figures present. 

The star-studded guest list featured an array of celebrities from the film industry, including Sarathkumar and Radhika Sarathkumar, Bhagyaraj and Poornima Bhagyaraj, Prakash Raj, Sundar C, Venkat Prabhu, Vishal, Jai, Shanthnu and Kiki Shanthnu, Keerthy Suresh, Priya Anand, Siddhi Idnani, Sakshi Agarwal, Abarnathy, Prince, Sathish, ‘Robo’ Shankar, and ‘Manjummel Boys’ fame Shiju and Sreenath Bhasi. 

Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja, producers T. Siva of Amma Creations, Xavier Britto, Jagadish Palanisamy, actors Jayaprakash, Panchu Subbu, directors Chitra Lakshmanan and Gangai Amaran, choreographers Sridhar and Akshatha Sridhar, YouTubers Vignesh Kanth and Irrfan, Dr. Hariharan, and entrepreneur Venkat also attended, making the event truly unforgettable.
