The digital and satellite partners of Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vikram’ revealed! – Deets inside

Kamal Haasan is a pioneer and an inevitable artist in the history of Indian cinema. The multi-faceted actor is a university in artistic and technical aspects of the art. The expectations broke out huge when the ‘universal actor’ teamed up with the talented director Lokesh Kanagaraj for ‘Vikram’.

Also starring the high calibre actors Vijay Sethupathi and Fahad Faasil, the upcoming film is touted to be an intense action thriller. ‘Vikram’ is all set to hit the silver screens on June 3, produced by Raaj Kamal Films International and distributed by Red Giant Movies. Now, the digital and satellite partners of the movie have been revealed.

Disney Plus Hotstar has acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights of ‘Vikram’ for a huge sum while the satellite rights were secured for a whopping amount by Star Vijay, Star Maa, Star Suvarna, Star Gold and Asianet in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam respectively. Anirudh is composing the songs and the background score.

‘Vikram’ also stars Shanvi Srivastava, Narain, Kalidas Jayaram, Shivani, VJ Myna and Santhana Bharathi. The cinematography is handled by Girish Gangadharan and editing is done by Philomin Raj. The songs and trailer launch of the film are scheduled to happen on May 15. The trailer is also premiering at the Cannes Film Festival 2022.
