Director’s explanation on Kajal Agarwal’s breast press controversy

Kajal Agarwal is starring in a number of movies including an untitled project opposite Jayam Ravi and Kamal Haasan’s ‘Indian 2’ directed by Shankar.  Her ‘Paris Paris’ the Tamil remake of the Bollywood hit ‘Queen’ is gearing up for release and the teaser that hit the online space a few days back has been garnering praises as well as controversy too.

In ‘Queen’ Kangana Ranaut played the lead role and Lisa Hayden’s character playfully grabs her breast to see if she is wearing brazzieres.  Similarly in the ‘Paris Paris’ teaser Elli Avram presses Kajal Agarwal’s breasts as she squeels in shock.  The shot has raised more than a few eyebrows and has caused controversy on the net.  Director Ramesh Aravind has stated that the shot is justified as the story demands it and there is nothing obscene in it.
