A three-way clash is on the cards in the upcoming elections to the post of the President of Movie Artists Association. Vishnu Manchu and Prakash Raj have already made their plans public.
And now, if the talk in the industry is anything to go by, Jeevitha Rajasekhar has resolved to contest for the top post. She has served the MAA as its General Secretary after winning handsomely in 2019. Her husband, Dr. Rajasekhar, became the Executive President of MAA. But he has since resigned.
Jeevitha is keen to bring about a positive change in the functioning of MAA if she wins the Presidential race. The yesteryear actress has worked towards the welfare of not just MAA’s members but also the needy members of the Telugu film industry in general over the past few years. She has worked hard to help bring relief to the pandemic-affected individuals.
While she is yet to confirm her decision to put in a fight, Jeevitha will most likely do it very soon. With the contest getting triangular, the election has only become hotter.
