JEE Advanced exam postponed, new date announced

The JEE Advanced exam 2019 has been postponed from May 19 to May 27 as the old date clashes with the Lok Sabha Elections.

An official circular says that the prestigious examination will be held in India and abroad on May 27, which is a Monday.

Here are the two shifts in which the exam will be conducted:

Paper 1 (09:00 to 12:00 IST)

Paper 2 (14:00 to 17:00 IST)

Candidates may visit jeeadv.ac.in to know more about the latest notification.

The JEE Main 2019 exam will be conducted in April. The IIT Roorkee is conducting the JEE Exam this year.

In all, 2.24 lakh students are expected to take part in the exam across the country.
