Famous music director asks fans to boycott Chennai Super Kings match

Popular music director James Vasanthan has asked fans to boycott the first IPL match  in Chennai played by Chennai Super Kings and Kolkatta Knight Riders on April 10th at the Chepauk Stadium.  He has stated that it could be used as tool to make the world take notice of the 50000 seat capacity stadium empty and the media attention could be grabbed for the Cauvery Water Management Board issue.

James Vasanthan in his statement has said that he is aware that many will not take a liking to his suggestion but if fans of CSK can sacrifice just once it could gain the attention that Jallikattu protest did.  Sounds really interesting and logical but whether the fans take it remains to be seen.
