‘Ishq’ Trailer is out; Release date confirmed

In the trailer for ‘Ishq’, the mood of the proceedings undergoes a sudden shift as the heroine (Priya Varrier) proceeds to plant a kiss on her man’s cheeks. The male protagonist is played by Teja Sajja, who was seen in this year’s early release, ‘Zombie Reddy’. Malayalam actress Priya Varrier played a role in ‘Check’.

While the title of the film indicates that it’s a love story, the trailer proves that it’s a thriller where there are suspicious characters lurking in the corner. Directed by SS Raju, the film is produced by NV Prasad, Paras Jain, and Vakada Anjan Kumar.

With music by Mahathi Swara Sagar, whose BGM reminds us of thrillers such as ‘Rakshasudu’, the film has cinematography by Sam K Naidu. A Vara Prasad has edited the movie.

The makers have confirmed that the film will hit the screens on April 23.
