Is Robert Downey Jr returning as the Iron Man in the MCU? – Hot buzz

Rober Downey Jr, a prominent Hollywood actor, is best known for portraying Iron Man alias Tony Stark in Marvel movies. Iron Man was last seen in the Avengers: Endgame when he snapped his fingers to save the universe from Thanos. His character arc was concluded at that point. 

Meanwhile, fans have been waiting for the return of Tony Stark since 2019. Now, a new internet speculation claims that Robert Downey Jr will return to play Iron Man in the upcoming MCU movies, ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’ and ‘Armor Wars’. It is worth mentioning that ‘Secret Wars’ is a more ambitious project than ‘Endgame’ in the MCU. 

However, there is no official word regarding his return to the MCU. Recently, Robert Downey Jr said that he misses playing Iron Man in Marvel films in a recent interview. Currently, he is playing Lewis Strauss, a founding commissioner of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission in director Christopher Nolan’s upcoming biopic drama ‘Oppenheimer’.
