I had ‘friends with benefits’ but not ONS: Sundeep Kishan

IndiaGlitz has spoken with Sundeep Kishan ahead of the release of ‘Ninu Veedani Needanu Nene’ on July 12.  The actor-producer has revealed some interesting things, including his recent brush with ‘Saaho’ sensation Prabhas.  

What would you do if you were to become Megastar Chiranjeevi one fine day?

“I would go back to sleep.  It’s because legends like Chiranjeevi garu, Balakrishna garu and Nagarjuna garu have had a journey.  They have experienced life.  One has to go through that experience and not become them suddenly one day.”  

What would you do if you were to get the dates of Prabhas, Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan and NTR as a producer?  With whom will you produce a film?

“How is it possible?  It’s not possible.  But I will work with Prabhas.  I recently had an interaction with him.  And the man blew me away.  I don’t know Mahesh Babu garu personally.  I interact with NTR.  And I interacted with Ram Charan twice.  When I recently approached Prabhas anna for a favour, and the way he responded blew me away.”

Is there any film that you missed out working on and regretted later?

“I never regretted but I missed out on doing ‘Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada’. 

Who are your best friends in the industry? 

Rakul and Regina.  Anya is a very good friend now.  I don’t talk with them daily but they are very good friends.  Kajal is a very dear friend.  She is one of the nicest people I have met.  She is a very genuine person.  

Did you have a crush on any of your co-stars?

I never crushed on anyone while working with them.  I have had some crushes otherwise.  I won’t tell their names.

Did you have an ONS anytime?

I never had one-night stands but I had flings and ‘friends with benefits’ kind of stuff.  I don’t understand ONS.  One has to know a person before having it with her.  I tried dating apps when I was in the US.  I never tried in India.  Aadhi Pinisetty installed Tinder on my phone just to pull my legs!  

What do you find attractive about women?

I find conversations most attractive.  I like intelligent women and those with a quick sense of humour. Sai Pallavi is extremely attractive.  I am bowled over by the way she speaks.  I have spoken with her a couple of times.  

Sachin or Dhoni?

Dhoni.  I like the way he handles situations.  He is very young, almost my age, but what he has pulled off is amazing.  The way he has handled his life is great.  It’s beautiful to see that man’s life.
