I ensured India’s defeat in Semi-Finals: Pastor

This pastor from Andhra Pradesh had complete faith in one thing: that the Indian cricket team will lose the Semi-Final match in the ICC World Cup tournament.  He prayed for India’s defeat so that his religious ‘sabha’ on July 14 in Vijayawada would be a success.

“Days before the July 14th event, someone came to me and expressed concern about the final match due to be held on Sunday.  He told me nobody would turn up for our discourse, as they will be busy watching the final match.  I told him, with total faith, that India will not enter finals.  In an extraordinary way, the Indian team couldn’t chase even 240 with the best batting order,” the pastor said.

Social media is awash with his golden words.  Thousands are trolling the pastor for the remarks.  A couple of more speeches like this and he will be called Jr. KA Paul.
