Trisha begins her new movie with a Rajini connect

While Nayanthara is signing women centric films right, left and center, her closest rival Trisha too is not far behind in doing the same.  The ‘Kodi’ girl is currently stariing in ‘Sathuranga Vettai 2’ with Arvind Swamy, ‘Mohini’, ‘96’ with Vijay Sethupathi and ‘1818’ with Ramesh Tilak.

Today, Trisha started shooting for a new film in which ‘Kalyanam Mudhal Kadhal Varai’ television hero Amit Bhargav as her pair and Vamsi Krishna as the antagonist.  The film a remake of ‘NH10’ starring Anushka Sharma is a road thriller and is titled ‘Garjanai’ directed by Sundar B.  ‘Garjanai’ is the title of Superstar Rajinikanth’s 1981 movie directed by C.V. Rajendran.
