Parvathy of ‘Mariyaan’ and ‘Uttama Villain’ fame is one of the most intense actresses in contemporary cinema. Offscreen too the pretty girl is bold and forthright, the best recent example is her decision to drop her surname Menon because it indicated a caste.

Parvathy has gone one step further while speaking as a guest at a college in Kerala and openly admitted that she has experienced abuse as a child, eve teased as a teenager and from stalkers and online predators as an adult. She advised the girls to equip themselves against such pitfalls and to never lose their identities.
