‘Hey Pillagada’ to release on November 24th

Dulquer Salman hardly needs an introduction for those of us who loved him in 'OK Bangaram'.  The versatile actor is also doing 'Mahanati', where he is playing Gemini Ganesan.  The Mollywood star will soon be seen as a romantic hero opposite Sai Pallavi, the newest heartthrob after 'Fidaa'.  

The Malayalam hit 'Kali' (meaning 'Rage'), which collected Rs. 27 Cr, will be released in Telugu as 'Hey Pillagada'. Presented by Sooreddy Gopalakrishna (USA), it has been produced by DV Krishna Swamy on Lakshmi Chennakesava Films.  

The news is that the awaited movie is going to hit the screens on November 24th.  

Sooreddy Gopalakrishna says, "We are happy to release 'Kali', which was a hit in both Malayalam and Tamil, as 'Hey Pillagada'.  Both Dulquer and Sai Pallavi are familiar to the Telugu audience.  Their chemistry in this film is unique. This is a distinct love story.  Both youth and family audiences are going to love it.  Gopi Sunder's music and BGM are great.  Girish Gangadharan's cinematography is another highlight.  It will be a grand release on Nov 24th."  

Directed by Sameer Thahir, the action-thriller has dialogues by Basha Sri, whereas the lyrics are by Surendra Krishna.
