The first glimpse teaser of the much awaited 'Jailer' has arrived as a grand Superstar Rajinikanth birthday treat for fans. The little over one minute clip builds up a frenzy about Muthuvel Pandian the character played by Rajini in the film.

To the light beats of Anirudh's music from a distance only the legs of the hero is shown tying his shoe laces but that unmistakable swag of the Thalaivar is evident as he leans forward. The figure then moves towards a mirror folding his shirt sleeves and a liberal dose of body spray.

When Muthuvel Pandian's grey hair on his temple is shown as he wears his spectacle and walks without much gait one might think that a meek hero is going to be introduced. The mass moment comes when Rajini is fully revealed after pulling out a sword and that intense look is what one will call mass overloaded.

Director Nelson Dilipkumar, Anirudh and Sun Pictures has given the Thalaivar fans a true blue b'day gift through the first glimpse video of him as 'Jailer' Muthuvel Pandian. The film costars Shivarajkumar, Ramya Krishnan, Vasanth Ravi, Vinayakan and Yogi Babu.
