Harris Jayaraj shares a lovely nostalgic memory with SPB!

Music director Harris Jayaraj, who has teamed with SP Balasubrahmanyam for songs like Kadhal Thee, Yamma Yamma etc has now recalled a lovely moment with the veteran singer during the recording of Enna Vittu from Dev starring Karthi.

Apparently, SP Balasubrahmanyam’s driver wanted to take a picture with Harris Jayaraj, and SPB took his mobile phone and clicked the picture himself. Harris shared a photo from the moment and posted “After recording ”Enna Vittu” from Dev, Balu Sir requested for a picture of me with his driver and clicked it by himself in his mobile and shared that with the young man and asked “Ippo Sandhoshama ?” What a humble, down to earth human being I have ever witnessed in my life.”

On his Facebook page, Harris wrote  “More memories during the recording of ”Enna Vittu Enga di Nee Pona”. Balu Sir sat and chat with us for one hour after the recording session, to my surprise, which was not usual at all. He asked about my father’s (Mr.Jayakumar) health, who had worked for him in his band as a guitarist for three years during the late ’70s, He enquired Karthi about his father (Mr.Shivakumar) and shared his experiences with his dad too. He always wants to make people happy around him with his music, gesture, small wits, mimicry, philosophy, and more. I thank the Lord for the opportunity he gave to work with him and cherish for the rest of my life.”
