Actor Harish Kalyan of Bigg Boss fame had scored a hit with Pyaar Prema Kaadhal and was last seen on screen in the romantic entertainer Ispade rajavum Idhaya Raniyum directed by Ranjit Jayakodi who had earlier directed the Vijay Sethupathi starrer Puriyatha Puthir.

Currently Harish Kalyan is acting in the movie Dhanusu Raasi Neyargale, which marks the direction debut of actor Sanjay Bharathi, who was earlier seen in movies like Massu Engira Maasilamani and Kootathil Oruthan, and son of director and actor Santhana Bharathi.

This movie was announced with Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty making her Tamil debut as female lead, and Reba Monica John as the other female lead, but now it has been announced that due to dates clash, Rhea Chakraborty has been replaced by another Bollywood heroine Digangana Suryavanshi.
