Dir Hari reveals why he could not do a film with Vijay till now

Director Hari is visibly relieved and rejoicing the positive word of mouth and the tremendous opening collections made by his latest release 'Si3' the third installment of the blockbuster 'Singam' franchise with Suriya

The director is presently working on the script for 'Saamy 2' with Vikram. This will be the sequel of the 2003 blockbuster 'Saamy'.

Having debuted with the Prashanth-Simran starrer 'Tamizh' in 2002, Hari has so far directed 14 Tamil films. Out of these he has directed five films with Suriya, two each with Vikram and Vishal and one each with Silambarasan, Dhanush. Sarathkumar, Prashanth and Bharath.

However the former associate of K.S.Ravikumar has never teamed up with t Ilayathalapathy Vijay and Thala Ajith though he has been making films for around 15 years now. It is one of the long time dreams of Hari fans to see him pairing up with these two top league stars who are action heroes claiming a huge fan base in Tamil Nadu.

In a recent interview Hari spoke about doing a film with Vijay. He said "I have always wanted to do a film with Vijay. But I am yet to find a producer who can cater to the business of such a big star like him. If I get a producer I will definitely approach Vijay sir with my script."
