Three days after Alia Bhatt and a day after Akshay Kumar, two more Bollywoodians have tested positive for coronavirus. Prominent star Vicky Kaushal and actress Bhumi Pednekar are the ones.
“In spite of all care and precautions, unfortunately, I have tested COVID-19 positive. Following all essential protocols, I am under home quarantine, taking medication as prescribed by my doctor,” the 32-year-old Vicky, known for popular titles such as ‘Uri’, wrote on Instagram.
Bhumi, who was recently seen in ‘Durgamati’, the Hindi remake of ‘Bhaagamathi’, too, is asymptomatic. She said that she became infected despite all the precautions.
Earlier today, reports confirmed that 45 junior artists who were supposed to work on ‘Ram Setu’ have tested positive. Most of the cases are not symptomatic.
Nivetha Thomas, who will be seen in ‘Vakeel Saab’ soon, tested positive on Saturday.
