Hot updates on GV Prakash – Seenu Ramasamy’s ‘Idi Muzhakkam’ movie!

Earlier, Indiaglitz had broken the news to you that the National award-winning director Seenu Ramasamy is teaming up with GV Prakash for the drama title ‘Idi Muzhakkam’. Financed by Kalaimagan Mubarak of Skyman Films, the talented actress Gayathrie Shankar plays the romantic interest of GVP in this film.

The script is based on the incidents in and around the Madurai landscape, the team was shooting for ‘Idi Muzhakkam’ in Kodaikanal. Today, Seenu Ramasamy took to his Twitter page to update that the first schedule of filming has been wrapped up delightfully. He posted a picture of him sitting opposite GV Prakash with the script papers, he was full of joy in the photo. 

Sharing the photo, Seenu wrote, “#இடிமுழக்கம் முதற்கட்ட படப்பிடிப்பு இனிதே நிறைவுற்றது.” GVP will play a meat shop owner at a rural place and will be sporting three different looks in Idi Muzhakkam. Gayathrie is playing a nurse who will also be seen in three looks: a schoolgirl, a working woman and a mother. Actors Aruldoss and Soundar are part of the star cast of the film, they were seen in almost all movies of Seenu Ramasamy. 

NR Raghunathan is composing music for Idi Muzhakkam. He has scored music for Seenu Ramasamy’s Thenmerku Paruva Kaatru and Neerparavai in the past. Kavi Perarasu Vairamuthu pens lyrics in this film after a long gap. While Thamizh is taking care of editing, Premkumar has been roped in as the production designer.
