Gopi Sundar kicked up about ‘Jamba Lakidi Pamba’ songs

‘Jamba Lakidi Pamba’, starring comedian-turned-hero Srinivas Reddy in the lead, comes with “soul-stirring” music by Gopi Sundar, the makers say.  “Music lovers are expecting heart-touching melodies from him.  The recently released single ‘Madhilo Unna Prema’ from our film has been well received by music lovers and critics alike,” their statement says.  

What made the choosy music director go in for this movie?  “He agreed to do music and background score for ‘JLP’ after director JB Murali Krishna (Manu) narrated the story to him.  After listening to the story, he felt he should be a part of this film,” the makers say.

Says Gopi Sundar, “I have composed 5 songs for the film, two of which are melodies, two are fast numbers and the remaining one is a promo song.  ‘No Woman No Cry’ will be released on May 25 and I am looking forward to it,” he says.  

The musician says, “I like the way the Telugu industry treats an artiste, they show a lot of respect. Not only from the industry people, I have received love and care from ordinary Telugu people also. Every day I receive a lot of messages on Facebook from people of AP and Telangana, mostly about songs from my Telugu movies. From the messages, I get a lot of ideas about the music they like.”

Debutante Siddhi Idnani is the heroine.  Posani Krishna Murali and Vennela Kishore are in key roles.  The makers have finalized June 14 as the release date.
