G.P. Muthu who started as an entertainer on Tik Tok later became highly popular on YouTube and Instagram. Though his content was of the cringe variety his innocent personality made him a favorite among netizens.
Muthu participated in ‘Bigg Boss Tamil 6’ and instantly endeared himself to the viewers. His gameplay was so simple and straghtforward that he was expected to reach the finals at least if not win the title. However he chose walkout after two weeks citing that he cannot bear the separation from his family and especially a son who is not too well.
Fans would have noticed that there are visible scars on G.P. Muthu’s face and body and in a recent interaction he has revealed how it happenned. Muthu has stated that he and his younger brother did not see eye to eye in most matters and often used to fight. In one such fights his mother and younger sister held him from behind and the younger brother slashed him allover the body with a blade.
Muthu added that at first he did not notice what happened but only after blood started oozing out from all parts of his body he was rushed to a hospital where he had 175 stitches and the scars are still visible. However the loveable entertainer added that when his brother died in an accident he cried much more than when he slashed him and now he is taking care of his brother’s wife and two daughters.
The diminutive star also revealed that during coronavirus he attempted suicide by consuming poison due to poverty. However now he is a strong advocate against taking ones own life. He gives confidence that if he can make it life from being a nobody anyone can.
Muthu is currently acting in several films including Vijay Antony’s ‘Valli Maiyil’, Sunny Leone’s ‘Oh My Ghost’, Oviya’s ‘Saviour’ and is in talks to star opposite two superstar films that go on floors in 2023.
