While the entire state machinery is getting ready for Sasikala's swearing in as the 12th Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. P.H.Pandiyan, a former Assembly Speaker of AIADMK party and a staunch loyalist of the party's founder MGR has made some scathing remarks against Sasikala and also some shocking allegations on former CM J.Jayalalitha's death.
Pandiyan met the press along with his son Manoj and made a shocking allegation that Jayalalitha's death was not under natural circumstances. He went on to say that he read news reports that Jayalaltha was pushed by some one and hence collapsed. She was taken to Apollo hospital immediately to avoid suspicion. He immediately rushed to the hospital.
The former speaker demanded a thorough inquiry on the Late Chief Minister's death and what happened at her Poes Garden Residence on September 2, 2016 when she was admitted in the Apollo Hospital. .
Pandiyan also said that Sasikala did not shed a drop of tears when Jayalalitha's death became imminent. Claiming to have been at the hospital when the death happened. Pandiyan said he did not notice remorse or sadness on the faces of Sasikala and her family members who were staying at the hospital.
Pandiyan went on to state that Jayalalitha has always wanted to keep Sasikala away from the power corridors and that's why the iconic leader did not offer her even a Ward Councillor seat.
The senior leader and one of the founding members of the party observed that Sasikala does not deserve to become the CM of Tamil Nadu against the ADMK cadres will never accept that. He also said Sasikala is only the temporary General Secretary of ADMK party and the permanent General Secretary has to be voted by the party members as per the bylaws.
However a ADMK spokesperson has rubbished Pandiyan's claims stating that he has been removed form the party's Organising Secretary post by Amma in 2015 and he is just trying to exploit the situation for his gains.
