Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram, which distributed movies like 'Baahubali', today launched a Telugu-Kannada bilingual starring newcomer Kireeti in the lead. The debutant is the son of industrialist and former Karnataka Minister Gali Janardhan Reddy, who is also a mining baron of repute.

At the launch event today, celebrated filmmaker and chief guest SS Rajamouli said that he felt glad to launch the teaser introducing Kireeti. The 'RRR' maker added that the promising debutant can act, dance, and perform stunts really well. In fact, Kireeti is going to perform risky stunts in the untitled movie.

The film marks the comeback of Genelia D'Souza of 'Bommarillu' fame. Speaking on the occasion, she said that the bilingual is her first movie in 10 years. Wishing Kireeti well, she added, "The film has a great producer and wonderful cast. It feels like I’m a newcomer, as coming back to sets after ages and working with this young team.”

New actress Sreeleela of 'Pelli SandaD' fame has a key role in the movie. "It’s a film with a beautiful story, a brilliant team, and wonderful technicians," she added.

Newcomer Kireeti thanked producer Sai Korrapati for the opportunity. He also praised director Radha Krishna. "I am also lucky to be working with wonderful technicians like cinematographer Senthil Kumar Sir, production designer Raveendar Sir and composer Devi Sri Prasad sir who shook India with his music for 'Pushpa: The Rise'," the actor said, adding that action director Peter Hein will be composing high-octane stuff for the movie.

Kannada superstar and guest Shiva Rajkumar said that Kireeti has the potential to become a pan-India actor.

The makers threw hints that the film is going to be high on style as well as substance. Its budget is also going to be top-notch.
