Fitness is a way of life for Prabhas

The recent lockdown has impacted people from all walks of life including the celebs. With most of the gymnasiums being closed, several stars found it difficult to cope up with their fitness. However, Prabhas who has a home gym, ensured that he stayed in shape and remained fit even during the pandemic.

A source in the know informs, “Prabhas has always been someone who likes to workout irrespective whether he is shooting or not. In fact, fitness is his way of life. Even when he was not shooting in the lockdown, Prabhas continued with his daily fitness regimen – basic workouts, stretches, squats and weights.”

The Baahubali star was equally conscious about his diet as he ensured that it was high on protein and less on carbs. “The whole objective is to stay and return fit when the shooting resumes. Since there is a lot of uncertainty that is surrounding the shooting resumptions, Prabhas wanted to be on his toes and ready when the shooting resumed. He just doesn’t want to take more time even after returning to the sets,” the source adds.
