Let’s admit it. Firing employees. . .or say ‘letting go of an employee’- the process sucks both for the employee and the employer. But some employees just can’t handle the news maybe so they resign to do bizarre things rather than refreshing their resume for the next interview.
One such employee who was sacked from a Japanese multinational company in Gurugram opened fire at his HR Head. The employee then fired two gunshots at the HR’s head along with an accomplice in a bike. According to police officials, the HR sustained injuries and is out of danger.
Joginder, the man who was fired managed to escape from the spot after the incident. The police are on a war footing to find the culprits as soon as possible. It must be noted that Joginder was fired from the company for ‘unprofessional behaviour’. No kidding, atleast now the man must have an inkling of understanding as to why he was fired.
