Versatile actor Dr. Rajasekhar last year made a confident comeback with 'PSV Garuda Vega'. On the eve of Bakr-Eid, he has announced his next project by releasing a pre-look. 'Awe!' fame director Prasanth Varma will wield the megaphone.

Set in Telangana, it’s an investigative thriller that unfolds in the year 1983. Rajasekhar will be seen in a "new avatar" in this film with a crime angle. "Who is the murderer?" are seen as a headline in a newspaper clipping-like poster!

Releasing the pre-look, the makers today said, "We wish Megastar Chiranjeevi garu a very happy birthday. The pre-look features the film poster of 'Khaidi' (released in 1983) and a picture of Indian cricket team's memorable World Cup victory in 1983 to emphasize the place of the year in the Indian hearts."

The title of this promising project and the remaining details regarding cast and crew will be announced on August 26 on the eve of the auspicious Rakhi Pournami.
