Venkat Prabhu makes a huge announcement regarding his next, ‘Custody’!

Director Venkat Prabhu recently wrapped up the filming of his upcoming bilingual venture, ‘Custody’, starring Naga Chaitanya and Krithi Shetty in the lead roles. While the movie is preparing for a grand release on May 12, the makers today took to social media to share a major update with the fans. 

The movie team unveiled a short promo video to announce the Custody teaser release date and time. The promotions for the film will commence with the release of the teaser on March 16th at 4.51 PM. The 48-second new clip shows Naga Chaitanya breaking out of a prison cell trapped underwater. 

The tagline read, “Hold on to your breath. This is gonna be one hellava ride. The Wait is Over, Custody Teaser Releasing on March 16th at 4:51 PM.” Sharing the teaser promo, Venkat Prabhu wrote, “This is just a tease not the teaser!! The HUNT will begin on 16th March at 4:51PM!” (sic). Produced by Srinivasaa Silver Screen, it has music by Ilaiyaraaja and Yuvan. 

Custody is a mega multistarrer that boasts Arvind Swami, Sharat Kumar, Priyamani, Sampath Raj, Premgi Amaren, Vennela Kishore, Premi Vishwanath and many others in the star cast. SR Kathir takes care of the cinematography with editing handled by Venkat Raajen and action choreography by Stun Siva and Mahesh Mathew.
