Tamil cinema’s acclaimed director Ram merged forces with Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly for his next project after the critical success of ‘Peranbu’. Produced by Suresh Kamatchi’s V House Productions, the upcoming project also stars Anjali and Soori with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
The makers had kickstarted the shooting in Rameshwaram’s Dhanushkodi last year. As per the sources, the latest we hear is that the team is currently filming the final schedule in the train set erected in Chennai. The shoot will be entirely wrapped up soon and the crew is set to work on the post-production soon.
The film is said to be revolving around a train journey between Rameshwaram and Dhanushkodi. This is the second direct Tamil venture of Nivin Pauly after the 2017 film ‘Richie’. On the work front, Nivin Pauly is awaiting the release of his upcoming film ‘Thuramukham’ and Soori is shooting for Vetrimaaran’s ‘Viduthalai’, his debut as a lead actor.
