Actress Manjima Mohan made her debut in Tamil cinema with the Gautham Vasudev Menon directed action- romance entertainer Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada co-starring Simbu and the movie fetched good reviews for her performance.

After having acted in movies like Devarattam, Sathriyan etc, currently Manjima is acting in movies like Vijay Sethupathi starrer Tughlaq Durbar, Vishnu Vishal starrer FIR and Kalathil Santhipom with Jiiva and Arulnithi. Now, Manjima has revealed her direction plans.

Manjima's father Mohan is a popular cinematographer, and reportedly before two years he had written a script and asked Manjima to write the climax for the story. Manjima has revealed in a recent interview that she's yet to write the climax, and if her father doesn't direct the movie, she will make her debut as a director. Manjima had earlier worked as an assistant director in the Malayalam movie Oru Vadakkan Selfie and Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada.
