Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik welcomes twins with wife Dipika; Shares first picture of babies 

Indian wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik revealed on his social media pages that he and his wife Dipika Pallikal have been blessed with twin baby boys. Sharing pictures of his newborn sons, the cricketer also disclosed the names of their baby boys, Kabir Pallikal Karthik and Zian Pallikal Karthik. 

Dinesh Karthik shared two adorable pictures from a photoshoot and captioned his post, “And just like that 3 became 5 Dipika and I have been blessed with two beautiful baby boys Kabir Pallikal Karthik Zian Pallikal Karthik and we could not be happier.” Dinesh Karthik, who last played for Kolkata Knight Riders in the recently concluded Indian Premier League, has been ruled out of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy due to an injury. KKR’s official Twitter handle wrote, “Congratulations to Dipika Pallikal and Dinesh Karthik on becoming parents to twin twins. Our family has become bigger with the addition of two members in KKR.” 

Following his divorce from Nikita Vanjara in 2012, Dinesh Karthik got engaged to Dipika Pallikal in 2013 and the couple tied the knot in 2015. Dipika, who is a professional squash player, is the recipient of multiple Asian Games and Commonwealth Games medals. She is also the first Indian to get into the top 10 of the official women’s squash world rankings.
