Actor Dhanush's fans are expecting a great weekend ahead as his 'Thodari' directed by acclaimed director Prabhu Solomon is getting released on Thursday (September 22). Another good news is that soon after the release of 'Thodari' the promotional activities for Dhanush's big Diwali release 'Kodi' will begin in full swing.

As we had reported earlier the first look and teaser of the political thriller 'Kodi' directed by Durai Senthilkumar can be expected in the last week of September.

Now Dhanush himself has confirmed that the Master copy of 'Kodi' music album is ready and it will be released soon after the release of 'Thodari'.

'Kodi' will mark the first time union of Dhanush and music director Santhosh Narayanan who has become the next big thing in film music industry. Dhanush has expressed his excitement about Santhosh's work with the songs as he has delivered as "Mass album".

Dhanush has produced the film under his Wunderbar Films banner. The film stars Dhanush in dual role while Trisha and Anupama Parameshwaran have played the female leads.
