Dhanush is a multi-faceted actor who has also tasted success as a playback singer, lyricist and director. He recently started his second directorial, 'D50', under Sun Pictures. The movie is said to be a gangster revenge flick with a huge star cast. Now, the latest reports suggest that the team has approached a veteran music director to play the villain.
'Thenisai Thendral' Deva is a legendary music director, who was popular during the 80s to the 2000s. In a recent interview, he revealed that he was approached by Dhanush to play one of the villains in D50 as the story is based on North Chennai. However, things haven't been finalised yet. If everything goes well, we can witness how Dhanush has brought out a new dimension of Deva. This news is now going viral on the internet.
Reportedly, D50 is titled 'Raayan' and the star cast includes Dhanush, SJ Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Dushara Vijayan, Anikha Surendran and others. The shooting is currently going on in a huge set in Chennai. The makers have planned to complete the film in one strech within October. AR Rahman is likely to score the music.
