Dhanush’s Maari 2 that hit the screens across the world on December 21 has received mixed reviews from critics and audience, while the performances of the lead actors are being much appreciated. The movie is expected to emerge as a commercial success.
Meanwhile, announcements regarding the actor’s next movie have been made. The movie titled “Asuran” is being directed by Vetri Maaran, whose previous collaborations with Dhanush, Polladhavan and Aadukalam, received widespread acclaim, with the latter winning six National Awards. Their most recent movie Vada Chennai garnered positive reviews and became a success at the box office. Asuran is being produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu under the V Creations banner.
