Dhanush the multifaceted rising superstar of Tamil cinema did it once again bagging his second Best Actor National Award for his stunning performance in ‘Asuran’. Producer Kalaipuli S Thanu and director Vetrimaaran also got the Best Film and Best Director awards for the same film.
The National Awards announcement came around four in the evening on Monday but many hours earlier Ananda Vikatan had conducted an online poll seeking predictions for who would be the winners in Tamil.
Sivakarthikeyan had immediately posted “Asuran – Dhanush Sir” and lo and behold his prediction has come true and fans of both stars are celebrating the same on social media.
Sivkarthikeyan has acted in ‘3’ as a comedian with Dhanush and has also starred in two films ‘Ethir Neechal’ and ‘Kaaki Chattai’ which were produced by the latter under the banner Wunderbar Films.
