‘Dhandoraa’ to Premiere Overseas on December 23 Ahead of India Release

Village dramas in Telugu cinema often lean on nostalgia and sentiment, but Dhandoraa breaks that mold with a raw, grounded tone shaped by lived rural experience. With textured visuals, instinctive performances, and a strong musical pulse, the film captures the rhythms of village life with striking authenticity. Now, the team has announced the next major step in the film’s release journey.

Dhandoraa is set for early Overseas Premieres on December 23, 2025, allowing international audiences to experience the film ahead of its India release.

Presented by Smt. Muppaneni Sri Lakshmi under Loukya Entertainments, the film is directed by Muralikant and produced by Ravindra Benarjee Muppaneni (RBM). Overseas distribution is being handled by Atharvana Bhadrakali Pictures. As the makers prepare for what they describe as a dramatic year-end release, the film continues to spark discussion with its impactful thematic line: “చావు అనేది మనిషి ఇచ్చే ఆఖరి మర్యాద” (“Death is the final respect given by a human.”)

A rooted, rhythm-driven village drama, Dhandoraa features a strong ensemble cast including Shivaji, Navadeep, Nandu, Ravikrishna, Manika Chikkala, Mounika Reddy, Bindu Madhavi, Radhya, Aditi Bhavaraju, and others. The soundtrack is composed by Mark K. Robin, with the songs released through T-Series. Cinematographer Venkat R.
