Actor David Corenswet is giving his all to the part of Superman. The thirty-year-old actor recently was observed shooting sequences for James Gunn's forthcoming Superman reboot in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
Corenswet wore the famous red-and-blue Superman suit complete with cape and had glossy, black hair in the photographs. Actor Edi Gathegi, 46, in character as Mister Terrific alongside him wore an outfit modeled by the comic books with a black mask and a jacket in black, red, and white.
Also on set was Rachel Brosnahan, playing Lois Lane in "Marvelous Mrs. Maisel." Her costume was stashed inside an all-black cover.
Previously teasing viewers with a picture on Instagram, Director Gunn hinted at what was to come in the film set for July 11, 2025. Along with Isabela Merced, Skyler Gisondo, Sara Sampaio, and others, Nicholas Houx plays Lex Luthor in the ensemble.
Aiming to expose a more sympathetic and compassionate aspect of the legendary figure, titled "Superman: Legacy" investigates an earlier period in Superman's existence. Emphasizing their aptitude and fit for the parts, Gunn voiced delight with Corenswet and Brosnahan's portrayal of Clark Kent and Lois Lane.
Fans excitedly await this fresh interpretation of the beloved superhero while production is under way.
