COVID-19: TV serials, web series, game shows stalled

The Telugu Television Technicians and Workers Federation has announced that the shoots and other works related to all TV serials, game shows and web series stand cancelled till March 31.  This is in view of the Coronavirus outbreak threat in the country.

The ban comes into force with immediate effect in the Telugu States.  “Our Federation has always been responsible.  We join the battle against COVID-19 that the Central and state governments have launched,” the Federation today said.

With both the film and Television industries shutting down till March 31, thousands of workers have lost their livelihood.  This is a temporary pain to save ourselves from a tragedy.
