“Coolie” Wraps Up: Sun Pictures Drops a Major Update!

The highly anticipated film ‘Coolie’, starring Superstar Rajinikanth and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, has officially completed filming. Sun Pictures made the announcement through a special video shared on its social media platforms.

The film’s production, which commenced a few months ago, took place across multiple locations in India. Recently, the final leg of shooting was conducted in Chennai. Now, Sun Pictures has confirmed that filming has been fully wrapped up as of yesterday.

In the video announcement, director Lokesh Kanagaraj can be seen calling out the words “Mudichidalama?” (Shall we wrap it up?), marking the completion of the shoot. With this, the film is now moving into the post-production phase, which is expected to take a few months.

Meanwhile, Rajinikanth, who has been simultaneously working on Jailer 2, is likely to shift his full attention to that project. Fans can also expect exciting updates from Sun Pictures soon, including the teaser, trailer, and audio release of ‘Coolie’.
