Power Star refuses Big deal

Shooting the upcoming film of Power Star Pawan Kalyan (Kaali or The Shadow? title yet to be confirmed) is in progress and the unit is about to leave for Kerala for canning of songs.

It is learnt the producers of the film Neelima Thirumalsetty and Shobu Yarlagadda had recently got an offer from Big Entertainment of Reliance to sign a deal with them.

After than the representatives of Big Entertainment had held discussions also with the producers. However, the producers had to show those representatives the door, as the hero of the film advised them not to entertain such offers.

A source from the film unit says, ‘The Power Star knows that the artistes had to do certain things once the film goes into the grip of corporate companies. He doesn’t want to become a puppet in their hands’.
