Nadhiya is one of the very few yesteryear heroines to make a successful comeback.
Playing a new generation mom in ‘M Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi’, she commenced her second innings with a mighty bang. Movies like ‘Thamirabarani’ and ‘Sanda’ consolidated her place.
She is currently acting in ‘Pattalam’, produced by Lingusamy and directed by debutant Rohan.
Nadhiya says, ‘I mainly go by my character in the film and my instinctive hunch. These generally don’t let me down’.
‘Nadhiya plays a counselor and head of a school in ‘Pattalam’. ‘Being with teenagers makes me feel really young, and Rohan is doing a wonderful job. Pattalam should work,’ says Nadhiya.
‘I am in no hurry to accept all offers. I take one movie at a time’, she says with smile.
