Manjal Veyyil team in Thailand

Prasanna and Sandhya are off to Bangkok on Monday to shoot for a couple of song sequences for Manjal Veyyil. Directed by debutant Raja, the movie is a romantic entertainer with musical score by Bharadwaj.

Thailand has been a favorite destination for Tamil film directors in the recent past. Songs that were shot in the exotic beaches of Phuket have gone on to become hits.

Raja says, ?We are shooting a song sequence at beach shore and the other on the Bangkok city. Vishnu Deva is the choreographer for the songs. The crew would return on 31st May?.

Raja had worked as associate to director Adhiyaman for over a decade. Manjal Veyyil is his first attempt on wielding the megaphone.

Prasanna says, ?I had been to Bangkok before to shoot for Kanda Naal Muthal. I fell in love with the place instantly. This is my second trip. I am eagerly waiting to see the catchy beaches of Phuket?.
