It has been a great year for Asin. She was in a sense the top actress of the year in Tamil —doing films with all the front-ranking heroes.
And as a splendid icing on the cake, Asin capped off the year with several awards of intrinsic worth.
She was awarded best actress for the year 2005 by the Tamilnadu Cinema Kalai Mandram. She won the Bharath Cine Awards (for best actress), Untited Artist award (for best actress) and Jaya TV (best actress 2005) five soverign gold medal was presented to her and she was also awarded Young Acheiver 2005 Award by Vijay TV.
Truly her joy must be knowing no bounds.
So what next? A national award would be just right in 2006.
