Rumors, rumors all

Last evening the city was all agog with rumors of a top star’s house being raided by the sleuths of the Income Tax department.

Since the actor in question is perhaps the biggest star in the industry, media men were in a tizzy.

They tried all the sources to check the veracity of the report. But as it happened, there was no confirmation from either film sources or the income tax department.

Yet, the speculation did not die at all. All through late night, it was still being said that the income tax inspectors were holed up in the actor’s house.

A few cameramen who perched themselves in front of actor’s house did not find anything worthwhile.
