Despite being scheduled from 10 am to 1 pm at Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Praja Bhavan in Greenlands, crowds began gathering as early as 6 am. The sheer number of applicants from various districts led to queues stretching over half a kilometer, affecting traffic in Begumpet, Panjagutta, and Banjara Hills during peak hours.
