CM Revanth keeps his promise, signs the 6 G file

In a historic moment, TPCC chief Revanth Reddy was sworn in as the new Chief Minister of Telangana today at LB Stadium, Hyderabad, amidst a massive public gathering and the esteemed presence of Congress national leaders, including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and Mallikarjun Kharge. The swearing-in ceremony witnessed the participation of other prominent leaders, marking the commencement of a new era in Telangana.

The cabinet, sworn in alongside Revanth Reddy, comprises N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Damodara Rajanarasimha, D. Sridhar Babu, Ponnam Prabhakar, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, G. Vinod, Konda Surekha, Tummala Nageswara Rao, Jupalli Krishna Rao, and Seethakka (Dansari Anasuya), symbolizing a diverse representation in the government.

In key administrative appointments, Shivdhar Reddy has been designated as the Intelligence IG, and Sheshadri assumes the role of Chief Secretary. Post the swearing-in, Revanth Reddy addressed the massive gathering, emphasizing his commitment to the six guarantees pledged during the election campaign.

The six guarantees are as follows:

Mahalakshmi Scheme: Monthly financial assistance of Rs 2,500 for the woman head of the household, free statewide bus travel for women, and subsidized LPG cylinders at Rs 500.

Rythu Bharosa: Rs 15,000 per year for farmers, including tenant farmers, along with Rs 12,000 for farm laborers, and a Rs 500 bonus for paddy crops.

Yuva Vikasam: Provision of Vidya Bharosa cards worth Rs 5 lakh for students, establishment of a Telangana International School in every mandal.

Indiramma Indlu: Providing housing plots to the landless, Rs 5 lakh for construction to those without homes, and 250 sq yd of land for all Telangana movement activists.

Gruha Jyothi: Free electricity for up to 200 units of usage for every household.

Cheyutha Scheme: Monthly pension of Rs 4,000 to the elderly and health insurance of Rs 10 lakh under the Rajiv Aarogyasri.

Additionally, Revanth Reddy's commitment to job creation for a differently-abled woman named Rajini, as symbolized by the signed guarantee card, underscores his dedication to inclusive governance. The swearing-in marks the beginning of a promising era for Telangana, with these guarantees serving as pillars for the state's development and welfare.
