Chiyaan Vikram has developed a cult image for being one of the few actors who can transform his body any way he wants to nail a character. We have seen him starve to become a sickly gaunt man in 'I' and then bulk up as mean machine in 'Kadaram Kondan'.

Vikram is still looking fit as a fiddle and gives stiff competition to his much younger rivals in Kollywood. Now comes the news that Chiyaan is going to become a grandfather soon as his daughter Akshita is pregnant.

Akshita the eldest daughter of Vikram married Manu Ranjith a grandson of the late chief minister Karunanidhi. The 'Cobra' star his wife Shyla and son Dhruv are said to be on cloud nine and a private function to celebrate is on the cards soon.

Vikram after 'Cobra' will shoot for Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan' and later a new movie directed by Karthik Subbaraj and costarring Dhruv Vikram.
