‘Chitralahari’ has recovered 80%: Makers

‘Chitralahari’ is doing pretty well at the Box-Office. Released last Friday, the Sai Dharam Tej-starrer did well on Monday, passing a critical test.

“The buyers of our movie have already recovered 80 percent of their investments. It collected Rs 20 Cr gross in the first 4 days,” a statement from Mythri Movie Makers says.  Since Sai Dharam Tej’s previous 6 movies didn’t do well, ‘Chitralahari’ was sold at a reasonable price.

Earlier in the week, Megastar Chiranjeevi endorsed the movie, saying that it holds the right message.

Directed by Kishore Tirumala, it has Kalyani Priyadarshan, Nivetha Pethuraj, Posani Krishna Murali, Sunil and Vennela Kishore in its cast.  Music is by Devi Sri Prasad.
