Chiranjeevi’s Kaaka: Megastar Reveals His Powerful Character Name

Megastar Chiranjeevi and director Bobby Kolli are once again teaming up after the blockbuster success of Waltair Veerayya. Their upcoming action entertainer Kaaka is already generating strong buzz, with the film’s title glimpse receiving a thumping response from audiences.

Produced by Venkat K Narayana under the KVN Productions banner, Kaaka is being mounted on a lavish scale and promises a compelling blend of high-octane action, emotion and family drama. The title glimpse, unveiled on the occasion of Chiranjeevi’s birthday, raised expectations considerably.

Adding to the excitement, Chiranjeevi recently revealed the name of his character at an event. The Megastar will be seen playing Kadiri Kalidas in Kaaka. The powerful and distinctive name has further sparked curiosity about the nature and personality of his character.

While the film is positioned as an action-packed entertainer, the makers are also incorporating strong emotional and family-oriented elements into the narrative. Chiranjeevi’s character arc is expected to be one of the major highlights of the movie.

Actress Anaswara Rajan is part of the cast in a pivotal role. The technical team includes music composer S Thaman, cinematographer Vijay Karthik Kannan, production designer Avinash Kolla and editor Antony L Ruben.

Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy have penned the screenplay, with additional writing by Hari Mohana Krishna and Vineeth Potluri. Bhanu-Nandu are taking care of the dialogues.

With Chiranjeevi and Bobby Kolli joining forces once again, Kaaka is shaping up as one of the much-awaited Telugu releases. The film is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on January 13, 2027, targeting the Sankranthi festive season.
