Naga Chaitanya will be seen as Poorna, an intense youngster, in 'Majili'. Director Shiva Nirvana says that the Akkineni hero's character is versatile in the Summer release. "He is as simple as everybody and as complicated as every middle-class husband," the director says. As is known, Chay will be seen as a youngster (a cricket player) and a middle-aged man (as a husband) in the movie.

As for Samantha Ruth Prabhu, she will be seen as a girl-next-door named Sravani. "The actress will make you laugh, leave you in tears, shock you with her unparalleled performance," the director predicts.

The entertainer has Divyanshika Kaushik as the other heroine. Touted to be a cricket-based emotional romantic drama, 'Majili' also features Rao Ramesh, Posani Krishna Murali, Shatru, and Rajasri Nair.

Music is by Gopi Sundar, while Vishnu Sharma has handled the camera. Editing is by Prawin Pudi.

It releases on April 5.
