Nara Chandrababu Naidu today went to New Delhi to meet certain officials at the Election Commission. Two days after the polling in Andhra Pradesh, the Chief Minister demanded that repolling should be held in 150 polling stations.
As per CBN, as many as 4,580 EVMs malfunctioned across the State on the polling day. He alleged that the EC, a Constitutional body, is working under the direct instructions of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
"There is huge confusion over the big mess and farce. It would be a disaster for the country. I will do a dharna if repolling is not held," CBN warned.
He also said that the transfer of officials in the State just before the election was uncalled for.
